FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

We have compiled in this list some of the most frequently asked questions from our clients.

How often should I service my system?

Ideally twice a year; at minimum once annually.

How often should I change filters?

Every 30–90 days depending on filter type (MERV) and usage.

When is replacement better than repair?

At 10–15 years of age, with frequent failures or poor efficiency vs. modern SEER2 units.

Do you install ductless systems?

Yes—single and multi-zone mini-splits.

Do you handle permits?

Yes, when scope requires electrical/mechanical permits. We manage the paperwork.
